The paddle dojo's mission is to provide any paddler the ability to improve on areas of their stroke with real time data. Utilizing the most up to date technology and tools available, the paddle dojo can help identify key components of a paddler’s stroke and where exactly should the paddler put their initial focus on.
Knowledge is power and the paddle dojo is about making the paddler more knowledgeable about themselves as well as who they paddle with. Having that awareness of self is the first step towards becoming a better paddler and just as important, a better teammate.
The key aspect is to ensure that at the end of every session the paddler is more aware and cognizant of the areas they can improve upon. Thus, empowering the paddler to seek even more information about some of the aspects of their stroke they can continue to work on.
Going to a clinic? The paddle dojo is a great way to flesh out questions you can present to the paddle guru giving the clinic. That way you have control of what it is that you want to learn. I have found having the right questions to ask not only makes a clinic more enjoyable it also provides the paddle guru a heading on how they should provide their curriculum around your needs.

"Going to the paddling dojo was just mind blowing! For me I have always thought more power was the answer to everything when it came to paddling. Having the opportunity try out the paddling dojo helped me realize that unchecked power is like a runaway train, at some point it can go off the rails. Coach Red was able to provide data on my stroke first hand, which has given me a better awareness on how to efficiently apply power to my stroke in both the OC-1 and especially the OC-6!"

"Red has a talent for breaking down movements, explaining techniques and relaying his knowledge to others so that they may actually understand, absorb & improve".
